We too had an incredible experience that we are not likely to forget when Kedron Caravans & crew looked after us throughout the whole process of customising a new van.

Meeting Kedron (the Gall Boys) at shows, doing the nickel tours (2) through the factory, doing the meet & greet with the Kedron Team gave us a great insight as to who really does make the best van on the market.
Stan, was our main point of contact, and was excellent, nothing was too hard always obliging.
He help us to navigate through the maze of self professed experts that were out there.
Lisa, was always there to help answer the questions and fix up the tours and answer Kayes questions.
Kaye and Lisa got together and did the colour scheme thing, I was out my depth in that department.
All the Gall Boys, helped us with everything from a van technical stand point to upgrading our vehicle, all of which has turned out perfect.
Ben, Graham and a host of others, did the installations, carpentry, electrics and they advised us in customising the van.
Whilst the van was going through production we saw & borrowed a few excellent ideas, and made a few changes, as you do.
The interior decor and leather is superb thanks to the skills and advise given from Lorraine.
Terry & crew came up with some great ideas in the carpentry department and Graham created the plans for a linen press under the bed.
Johno was the first person we spoke to when the van had only just entered production.
On that particular day he was laying the frame and suspension etc.....and gave us a great insight to all that goes on is his patch.
There were so many people we spoke with when we went to the factory twice a week for 5 weeks, to do the happy snappy and follow the Baby through production.
It was this that helped us to create the van we had always dreamed of owning.
We have had and continue to have a marvellous experience with Kedron.
The other people that helped us were Kedron Owners. We met at least 10, on the road.
They made the time and showed us there vans and talked about the overall experience.
Last but not least the 'Koggers Forum'. What a great bunch of folks sharing a lot of valuable information.
This to took some of the mysticism out of being a novice caravaner. Thanks Guys.

Since our pick date, we have done two shake down trials. One a lot more vigorous than the other, and with anything new, big and heavy, but more to the point being in the hands of the inexperienced, you are always going to have little teething problems.
BUT, to the credit of Kedron they standby there product, as well as you, and fix it to the customers satisfaction.
Tom we thank you for the advice and back up service, plus the phone calls when we have been a 100 miles from nowhere, confused with water pumps, and battery synchronisations etc etc. but all is good.
Lisa has also been there to fend the phone, and share the information and support when required with Kaye & I.

The product, the service, be it pre sales or post, has been second to none. We have had a marvellous time and would do it all over again without a second thought.

Appreciate your help with these things... and I sometimes feel a bit sorry for some of the folks I meet in the park who have vans with poor backup.
There are some brands out there that have absolutely no customer service ... in fact hostility to the customer if he dares to ask for a bit of help.
We know ... we used to own one of them before we found you blokes.
Keep that production line running, and many thanks again.

Camped on the banks of Wuruma Dam watching the sun set.
No neighbours, just the frogs, birds and setting sun over the water...
Solar power coming out our ears and water to burn.

Finally back on the bitumen at Cooktown.  Have done about 8,000 Klm of dirt since we left home and haven't even turned around yet.  The mighty Kedron and mighty Toyota have not missed a beat.
We have been to the "Tip" and back.

Our ATV (42) is nearly 8 years old and we have towed it about 127,000 kilometres in all conditions, and it has never let us down. We recently returned from a 31,000 kilometre trip around this wonderful country of ours, including several thousand kilometres of dirt roads. On our return we booked it in to the Kedron factory to have a few little things seen too, and these were done quickly and efficiently by the staff at Kedron.
The Gall Boys have built nearly 1000 caravans since building ours, and they still care about our satisfaction in owning one. To sum up, the Gall Boys build great vans, provide great service and are great guys to deal with; you can’t get better that that!

Hi we picked up are van on 6/6/2011 It was our first van and wanted to get it right first go , we believe we did.  We are very happy with the result  and would like you to thank the staff  especially Ben . We battled all the  bad whether in the mid north coast NSW on the way home  all  went well. We decided on the Kedron after talking to many people on the road  with all types of vans.  If possible  could you have sent brochures to have in the van travelling  to give to  people interested in the Kedron Vans.

Thanks for a copy of the pic. We are still on a high after picking up our van! We went over to Neurum Creek Bush Retreat, and enjoyed the 2 nights we had there, it's a nice spot. We made some calls and had some friends come over to visit.
It was great to pull up and not have to be bothered with a powered site - cords etc. We still can't believe how easy you have everything set up. In about 2 minutes we were ready to have a bottle of champers to celebrate!
We have already had a few people come over and ask about the van, and for a look. Pat is forever the salesman, his enthusiasm for the van is passed onto anyone interested.
Would it be possible for you to have sent over to us some brochures on the Kendron vans, with some business cards, as it would be great to pass onto people who are really interested? Pat has to bring the van to work next week, as there are a few waiting to see it, who are also on the lookout for a new van.
Thanks again for your time, your staff are excellent - all of them, Jan especially, she took the time to speak with us.
We look forward to keeping in contact, and will send some pics over when we come back from out West.

as you can see, we have just arrived home at Yallingup after this years trip.
Four month's,17,000km which included 3000km on the dirt.
We didn't have to put a spanner or a screwdriver to either vehicle, except to change two flat tyres.

Just a quick message with some feedback from my wife who to my surprise dropped by to look at her new van
(I had ho idea she was calling in – maybe her and I should talk more !)
She said that whoever she spoke to was so helpful and very very nice – she thought one was a Gall but not sure on the other.
She came away very happy…….
She then rang me to tell me how wonderful you guys are.

Much appreciated the reception and response we got with our few van problems when we dropped in.
The staff who were there to assist were all very helpful and professional.
Fran and I departed with our van after repairs reassured that the Kedron  after sales service is as valuable as the van we purchased.

Hi,
We recently had our van in your factory for a few small jobs and found the service from the Workshop to be excellent. Please compliment Tommy for his consideration. We haven’t driven our van very far since its purchase eight months ago, in fact to Kingaroy, then back to Brisbane. But we lived in it during the wet season. The long journeys are to come.
The Kedron is the second van we purchased. We previously owned a top of the range "xxxxx" but sold it and bought a Kedron ATV. One of the big things that attracted us to do this was the availability of service and we are not disappointed. The other brand was a very nice van but when little things went wrong, there was no one to fix it, no one we could take it to and when we did find someone, they didn’t care. I can tell you some horrid stories about our experiences, both locally and when we took it to Western Australia but I won’t bore you with details. Suffice to say, the service you offer is priceless. Keep it up and thanks again.

We left Walgett NSW on the first of May with a couple we met three years ago.
We were towing a 21 foot Kedron Topender with a 70 Series Toyota Troopie V8. From the outset I would like to point out that both van and tow vehicle performed admirably over some rather difficult terrain. I could not fault either although, understandably, I developed a close affinity with our Topender and could not have been happier with how it performed and how the Troopie performed.
Both were an excellent combination.

Boys,
I was missing 2 of your DVD's, so took a run to your yard at Kedron. Not only did i get the 2 DVD's i took advantage of the shirts and stubby coolers also. But the reason for this contact is to let you know of the best service that i was given by{i think Jan} who managers the yard for you.
People are so quick these days to ring or write about poor service but never really pass on about the good service. She is a credit to your company and obviously loves what she does. I did not get a chance to thank her for the chat as she had phones ringing and another customer walk in. So please thank her for me and weel done on the personalised service.
When i need a van i will be back to see her.

Hi ,To all the crew at Kedron a very big thank you for making it happen .It was good that very thing came together on the day that we picked up our TopEnder. The service from every one that was involved in the hand over and the induction into the van was great . Big thank you to Graham for showing all the things that open and closes in the van ,big thanks to Ben for wiring up the wagon the reversing camera it’s great ,to Stan being involved from the word go great to deal with ,and last but not least, Lisa for all the paper and having everything in order .

My wife and I took delivery of our new ATV2 last Thursday after a wait of 9 months.
I would like to say that the whole process went without a “hitch” and I can not speak too highly of all the Kedron staff we dealt with from Jan at the sales yard where we placed the order, Stan who was always helpful in answering any queries we had and minor design changes, Graham and Ben who were great with the predelivery  and Lisa.  All were friendly and professional. 
The van itself is “fantastic” and  is better than we could have hoped for......please pass on our thanks
to all the staff who contributed to the building of the van.
Just have to find time to use it now.

  To the great team at Kedron i would like to say Thank You From start to finish nothing has been a problem, we have been on the rd in our ATV since November and it has certainly proved its worth already getting flooded in on a cattle station for 7 weeks which would have been a lot longer if we had any other van getting out i felt i was on a trip with the gall boys 65ks of mud water and creeks but the van was amazing evryday we think how lucky we are to have a Kedron. I must say it is a very social event having a Kedron we have met so many Kedron owners along the way even the first week we stayed at Maroochydore and were scratching our heads how to put up the awing when along came Flipper the awning was up in a minute. Then the next day we were trying to put up the Annexe when the fellow across from us said i work for Kedron ill put it up for you, service everywhere.

Hi everyone at Kedron
Here we are in Alice Springs after a most delightful trip from Bourke, to Cameron Corner, Up the Bore Track to Moombe, down to Monticollina Bore, back of Arkaroola to Leigh Creek and Lyndhurst then up to Marree, William Creek, Oodnadatta, Mt Dare, Finke and up the Ghan to Alice.  Just a delightful trip.  Saw a lot of country and had a wonderful time.
Will head from here up the Binn Track and get to Darwin early June.

We have just recently, very reluctantly, sold our Kedron Caravan.  In nine years it has taken us up and down the Tanami,(Newhaven Station) The Gibb River road (when it was at it's worst) The Gunbarrell Hwy, all over far Western QLD, The Innaminka Track, Cape York to Kalpower Station and last year to Ruddall River, east of Marble Bar, the Skull Springs/Nullagine track, where at one stage I was towing the van on it's water tanks through the mud (4 inches of unseasonal rain)  It never failed us!  I put some new tyres on to sell her and that was the only loss over nine years.
Well done Gall boys!
You do yourselves and the caravan industry proud.
