After much testing, bolting on our new and unique upgraded strength suspension.

Upgraded and premium strength aluminum channel framing. Both interlocked and solid 'Henrob' punched.
This allows for some slight movement without compromising strength by cracking.

Roof frames are all welded one peice, with steel H-Frames inbuilt for ulitimate support of air con's in corrugated travel.

Customising upholstery for production.

 

Walls are stood and secured to the chassis by extreme strength 'Huck' Bolts, both downwards and sideways
in a chassis 'Z-Channel', after which furntire is then screwed to the floor and through the walls.

Fitting off our own profiled aluminium clad sheeting and propellor-plate
scrub panels to a customer's TopEnder order after being insulated.

Qualified Sub-Contracted 240v Technicians wire and certify each van.

The fit-off bays. Where after completion each van is weighed on regularly calibrated digital scales.
